West Marin Review: Volume III

"The West Marin Review is an unpretentious, homespun collection of thoughtful journalism, poetry, music, and art made all the more charming by a smattering of drawings and artwork by local schoolchildren." Paul Liberatore, Marin Independent Journal The West Marin Review's content is influenced by place, but contributors to the award-winning Review are from every place: Alaska, Nevada, Massachusetts, Maine, and Paris are represented in Volume 3, along with West Marin and Bay Area artists and writers aged 8 to 80. The new volume features fiction, fantasy, history, and provocative essays; poetry both serious and rollicking; and sculpture, paintings, and photography (black and white and color) from well-known and lesser- known artists. Cover this year by the inestimable Tom Killion. West Marin Review - one of the most democratic and wide-ranging publications in the country - is a collaborative effort of the Tomales Bay Library Association, Point Reyes Books, and friends and neighbors from the West Marin community. Steering committee members include Nancy Adess, Madeleine Corson, Steve Costa, Doris Ober, and Ellen Serber. Local artists, writers, poets and community members serve as reviewers for each issue.
